My Love Story with Amaretti.

I started Ensi Bakery by experimenting with everything, trying to find what truly made me happy.

And there you go… I fell in love with my own Amaretti.
Yes, I do make love with them.

They’re simple, but simplicity is one of the most challenging things to get, right ?

When you go simple, you face unexpected little storms that make you question everything.
But when it works… oh, it works.

Amaretti can be surprisingly complex.
Flavors can be deep, exotic, emotional—even chaotic.
Kind of like love.
The kind that throws you off and pulls you in at the same time.

My Amaretti aren’t an exception. Every flavor has something to say.
And I see that in my clients’ faces—that moment when they take a bite, hesitating at first…
Then their eyes go wide and suddenly—
“Whoaaaa… what was that?!!!”

They’re also really cute and artsy, aren’t they?
That’s part of the charm—and honestly, part of me.
I fall in love with things that are unique, soulful, and have something real to share.
